Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Competition is promoted by Arrivals Star Ltd, trading as Arrivals Star.

2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
• Employees of Arrivals Star Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Entry is only available to customers who have made a genuine booking via the STAR App and received a valid one-time scratch card code via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Each code is valid for one use only and cannot be transferred or shared.
• Multiple entries are permitted where a participant makes multiple genuine bookings, each generating a separate unique code.

3. Competition Period

The Competition opens on 11 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 19 July 2026 (the date of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final). No entries will be accepted after this time.

4. How to Enter

• Make a booking using the STAR App (available at arrivalsstar.co.uk/app).
• You will receive a unique one-time scratch card code via WhatsApp or SMS following your booking.
• Visit arrivalsstar.co.uk/scratch and enter your code.
• Scratch your digital card to reveal your instant prize.
• Complete the claim form with your name, email address and phone number to receive your prize code and confirm your entry into the England Ride Pass grand prize draw.

5. Prizes

5.1 Instant Scratch Prizes

Every valid scratch card entry wins one of the following instant prizes:

• Free single airport transfer (one way, standard estate car, up to 4 passengers) — 5 available
• Free ride up to £10 in the STAR App — 20 available
• 50% off next STAR App ride — 50 available
• 25% off next STAR App ride — 100 available
• 10% off next STAR App ride — unlimited

Instant prizes are delivered as promotional codes redeemable at checkout in the STAR App. Codes are valid until 19 July 2026. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

5.2 England Ride Pass — Grand Prize Draw

Every valid scratch card entry is automatically entered into the England Ride Pass grand prize draw.

• One winner will be drawn on Sunday 15 June 2026 from all entries received up to that point.
• The winner receives free STAR App rides to and from any location in Warrington to watch every England FIFA World Cup 2026 match for the remainder of the tournament.
• Rides must be booked via the STAR App using the winner’s registered account and phone number.
• Each ride is covered up to a standard estate car vehicle (up to 4 passengers). If the winner requires a larger vehicle, the difference in fare between the standard car rate and the larger vehicle rate is payable by the winner.
• The prize applies to England matches only and is subject to England remaining in the tournament.
• The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
• The winner must be available to be contacted within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours a replacement winner will be drawn.
• The winner agrees to be contacted by Arrivals Star for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

5.3 Tournament Finale Prize — 3 Return Airport Transfers

One additional prize draw will take place on 19 July 2026 (World Cup Final day) from all entries received throughout the full competition period.

• The winner receives 3 return airport transfers (6 individual journeys in total) to be used within the 2026 calendar year (by 31 December 2026).
• Transfers are to Manchester Airport or Liverpool Airport from any address within the Arrivals Star standard service area.
• Journeys must be booked via the STAR App using the winner’s registered account and phone number.
• Each transfer covers a standard estate car, up to 4 passengers and standard luggage. If a larger vehicle is required, the difference in fare is payable by the winner.
• Airport fees applicable to the route are included. Mersey toll bridge charges, where applicable on certain Liverpool Airport routes, are not included and remain payable by the winner.
• Journeys may not be booked on UK bank holidays.
• The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• The winner agrees to be photographed or filmed for use in Arrivals Star social media and marketing content as a condition of accepting this prize.
• The winner must be available to be contacted within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours a replacement winner will be drawn.

6. Winner Notification

• Draw winners will be contacted via the email address and phone number provided at entry.
• Winners of the England Ride Pass and Tournament Finale Prize may be announced on Arrivals Star social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). Entry into the Competition constitutes consent to such announcement for draw prize winners.
• Instant scratch prize winners will receive their prize code on screen immediately upon completing the claim form.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected during entry (name, email address, phone number) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and fulfilling prizes. Data will be held securely by Arrivals Star Ltd and will not be sold or shared with third parties. By entering the Competition you consent to Arrivals Star Ltd contacting you in relation to the Competition. For further information please see our Privacy Policy at arrivalsstar.co.uk.

8. General

• Arrivals Star Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition at any time in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Arrivals Star Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has acted fraudulently, dishonestly or in breach of these terms.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
